Overview of Quinchía Gold Project
Seafield's Quinchía Gold Project is located 100km south of Medellín in the mineral prolific Mid-Cauca belt of Colombia. The belt currently hosts over 30 million ounces of gold and contains a number of world-class deposits including AngloGold Ashanti Limited's 24.2 million ounce porphyry gold project, La Colosa. The Company's project hosts two identified desposits, Miraflores and Dosquebradas, which currently hosts NI 43-101 resource estimates totalling three million ounces of gold.
Regional exploration programs are underway to identify more drill targets within Seafield's concession, 80% of which remains unexplored. NNW trending structures identified in the district provide strong geological evidence that more mineralized deposits exist within Seafield's land package.
